Trione makes machinery and equipment for manufacturing skis and snowboards. We design and plan products, make them, sell them (mainly by franchises to companies operating in the sector), and provide after-sales service. The main characteristic of Trione products is their superb quality, their ease-of-use, transportability, and safety. Our main customers are ski clubs, sports committees, national teams, shops, and manufacturers of sporting products. In autumn 2003, Trione output expanded into forestry work with a new series of accessories for sharpening the chains on chainsaws.

Two innovative sharpening tools, for tuning and sides, guarantee an extremely precise and customisable sharpening of the cutting edge, with all the simplicity and safety anyone could need. These tools, which have been patented by Trione, are the first electric sharpeners with tangential grinders that can be used by hand. They can be set to any angle you want and during competitions they can rough-hew in a very short time, or give an extremely customised finish. They are simplicity itself to use: drop your skis into the clamp and run the machine along its edge. Miles faster than a plane and set-square! At Trione we also make clamps, specially designed for use with these machines. Wooden clamps are solid and functional, and aluminium clamps are at a higher level and easier to transport. T-squares can be adjusted, and planes with their absolutely futuristic blades are a tiny little joy to look at.
