Novasis Innovazione was founded in 2011 as a technological branch within the Novasis group, present since 2004 in the field of electronic design for the automotive and railways sectors.

Novasis Innovazione is a company with multidisciplinary professional skills that develops advanced technological product and process solutions: artificial machine vision systems, non-contact measuring systems and infrared gas sensors.

The company has two operational offices in Pont St. Martin (AO) and Rivalta (TO) and is equipped with several laboratories and an open tech-vision-lab dedicated to vision and robotics in particular for solutions related to battery production, inspection and measurement. In these laboratories feasibility studies are carried out, lighting systems on test benches and image processing algorithms based on artificial intelligence are evaluated. A laboratory is dedicated to gas sensors and allows to characterise optoelectronic components and prototypal devices and to quickly perform tests to identify new measuring ranges and new gases. An industrial floor area allows you to equip robot cells and automated systems to test and develop applications on site before installation at integrators or end customers.

Novasis Innovazioneoperates in the following areas:

1. Artificial machine vision systems (vision robot guidance, surface inspections, random bin picking, geometric and quality controls, 3D vision with pattern projector and TOF),
2. Non-contact measurement systems based on the use of triangulation laser sensors and cameras combined with telecentric optics,
3. Gas sensors (NDIR infrared technique).

The solutions and products proposed are based on a high technological and innovative content.

Characterised by robustness and reliability, theyhave made the company in afewyears a recognised and appreciatedsubject on the market.

Novasis believes in the excellence of Made in EU, for this reason the production is carried out entirely in its laboratories, with highly specialised technical staff.
