The NICOLETTA VDA is a company which since 1988 has produced, matured and marketed dairy products and classic cheeses.

Amongst the specialities produced by Nicoletta VDA, we should note the Tomme St. Ours cheese and the Tomme with aromatic herbs, cheeses which have matured for over ten months, as well as Fontina, the traditional Aostan dairy product with denominazione di origine protetta (D.O.P., registered designation of origin) goat’s cheese made with unpasteurised milk, Gressoney toma cheese, Montagnard cream, hand-made seasoned cheese, for which the company holds the brand name. The company also produces Fonduta, a soft “cream” of mixed cheeses and egg yolk which is perfect for polenta and meat dishes, and the Formaggini delle Alpi processed cheese.
