The Cofruits Farming Cooperative markets Renette and Golden Delicious apples and potatoes from the high mountains which are provided by members.

Part of the product is set to be turned into derived products, amongst which are for example:

• Renetta-Golden Delicious apple juice
• Renetta apple juice
• Apple and raspberry juice
• Apple and blueberry juice
• Apple vinegar
• Dried, sliced Golden Delicious apples
• Dried Golden Delicious in sticks
• Slices of dried Renetta-apples
• Doucereinetta – A naturally-leavened sweet with candied Renetta apples and red candied apples from the Aosta Valley, DOC-protected Aostan wine, Chambave Muscat passito wine and butter from Aostan cheese factories. The company owns the entire production process.

Dried apples: through the drying process, apples can be enjoyed all year round; rich in vitamins and lacking fats, they keep the properties of fresh fruit.
