Wine-growing at the Bonin Dino Farm began in 1973 with the owner’s father, Cesarino, and has continued under Dino since 1987.
Around 2.5 hectares of vineyards are now cultivated, all of them located in the municipality of Arnad and are planted and aligned using the Guyot pruning system.
The area is sunny and well ventilated, and features a particularly pleasant climate which favours the development of a large number of vine varieties.
The annual production is around 12,000 bottles, broken down into eight wine varieties – all of them DOP – with a range which covers the entire span of a meal, from aperitifs to dessert.
The Bonin Dino farm produces the following wines:
Since 1997 the company has also worked as a distillery, producing a traditional grappa from its own grape seeds (Tchiquet de Boen).
The wines are sold directly from the company cellar, as well as small-scale, authorised wine stores and shops.
