Founded in 1896 in Aosta and a S.p.A since 1997, Tipografia Vadostana today is run by the Perrin family, led by Paolo Perrin, the managing director. The company has a turnover of over 2.5 million Euros and employs approximately twenty people. It operates both in the publishing industry (with its own internal publishing house) and in commerce, with a strong presence in neighbouring France, the origin of 35% of its revenue.

The company aims to be a single and comprehensive point of reference for its clients for the entire printing production cycle, from preliminary technical advice, graphic design, to prepress services (electronic layout, digital colour and retouching), offset printing on a 6-colour Heidelberg Speedmaster XL105 with cold lamination and varnishing, post-press finishing (hole punching, covers), packaging (folding, stapling and binding)
