Started in the Aosta Valley in 2005, the Edileco cooperative specializes in eco-friendly construction and renovation, applying green building practices and aiming atgenerating customer well-being along with apositive environmental impact.

In December of 2015, Rome’s CFI Cooperative became a financing partner in Edileco. CFI is an institutional investor that fosters the growth of cooperative enterprises through capital injections on the basis ofcoherent and economically sustainable projects that safeguard the employment and present bothinnovative aspects and a competitive advantage.

At present, Edileco is a team made of more than 40 professionalsbetween partner andemployees, fully capable to autonomously manage every step of the productive process. Architects, technicians and systems specialists gradually joined the working partners: the result is a close-knit team ready to tackle everyjob from planning & designing to the finishing touches.
